An intuitive, video-capable 7-inch touch screen offers a whole range of individual beverage creations - from espresso, the classic coffee, to numerous milk and mixed beverages such as cappuccino, latte macchiato or hot chocolate. With the optional CompactFoam, you can also prepare the perfect hot or cold milk foam at the touch of a button, allowing you to offer an even greater variety of beverages. This professional machine makes it possible to dispense one or two cups coffees, hot water and steam at the same time.

The high-quality, newly-developed, high-performance Rex-Royal metal brewing unit has a capacity of up to 16 grams of coffee powder. This ensures the highest quality of coffee and guarantees optimal extraction for both single and double products. It is possible to get tea and coffee at the same time with the professional Rex-Royal tea/steam boiler system capable of outputting up to 28 litres of hot water per hour.
To maximise the potential of the S2, our engineers optimised the specifically-developed software in order to turn the fresh beans into the best coffee speciality possible. Variations at a Touch
Milk, Instant and More
With the efficient Rex Royal milk system, the S2 processes fresh milk into micro-foam at the touch of a button and can therefore prepare all milk specialities such as cappuccino or latte macchiato in constant perfect quality.
Our CompactFoam models also offer you the option of enjoying cold and hot micro-foam consistently, e.g. luscious thick foam or silky Barista foam – with the choice of single or double serving. Foam your milk manually by using the steam lance with the S2, like a barista or you can leave this task to the temperature-controlled, automatic PowerSteam. Whether chocolate or vanilla – with the two instant containers, creamy and delicious beverages can be served. The aroma module additionally extends your choice of beverages with up to three different flavours. Serve a caramelized latte macchiato, a fruity mixed beverage or an Irish coffee. The automatic HACCP-certified cleaning process guarantees hygienic operation.
